Rush Creek Bible Church Work Team

If you've ever been to Puerto Rico for a visit to CdC and happened into our house, you would see something like the below. Actually that or bare cement, or painted over cement, or faded yellow linoleum with black patches on the really high traffic areas. It's been that way for years.

Until these wonderful gentlemen came two weeks ago.  They came and got right to work grinding,  chippy hammering, spreading smelly black goo around.... The kids and I had moved everything out of our house a couple of days before, and spent the week in our temporary house (aka dorm room).

They moved on to thin setting and troweling and laying tile, and tadaa!!  the floor is now so beautiful we could eat our family meals off of it.  Yes, they are kissing their handiwork.  They spent a lot of time with those tiles....

Here's the rest of the gang, minus Mr Rick who went home early after welding his way through a list much to Jon's delight.  The girls kept busy cleaning and organizing and soaking up the sun rays!

Thank you for all of your hard work!!
